Go to wikipedia.org and select the WikiPedia for your desired country. In this video I chose https://en.wikipedia.org/

In the upper-right corner, click “create an account”. Put in all the relevant info such as your username and password.

Verify your email and login into your new account.

Click on “preferences”, then “editing”, and then select “Show me both editor tabs” on the “Editing mode” dropdown menu.
